After having a few disappointing visits to St Marks I was overjoyed at meeting with Mr Oliver Warren. He really took the time to listen to me and my concerns and addresses them in a very satisfying manner. I left the hospital feeling well looked after and felt as though I knew exactly where I stood, where before I had left feeling a bit confused and neglected in the system. Mr Warren's manner was impecable and he studied my notes thoroughly before making a comprehensive checklist of problems and explained everything very clearly. I wish I had met him sooner!

We met this Doctor at St Marks in Wembley. My wife was the patient. Mr Warren showed great empathy and total interest in my wifes case and her fears.A real gentleman.

I found him pleasant and his descriptions clear. Even in the face of slightly embarrassing content I felt he was professional and eased any potential worry I might have had about my condition. He maintained eye contact when I spoke for the most part and made a point to greet me and see me off with a handshake. The examination was quick and professional.

Very charming, put me at my ease. Told him I had very good care from all staff over about nine months and was very grateful for it, especially during times when the treatment was painful. They were all very nice.
